We provide 25 days of annual leave, increasing to 28 days with service, giving you more time each year to rest, recharge and enjoy life outside of work. As a little extra, you’ll also receive a paid day off to celebrate your birthday.

To support your long-term financial wellbeing, we offer a pension contribution after three months of service, helping you build security and confidence for the years ahead.

Life doesn’t always fit neatly around work, so you can request up to five days of unpaid leave when you need additional flexibility.
